Why should I learn UX?

Learning UX (User Experience) can be very beneficial as it can help enhance user satisfaction, improve product adoption, reduce development costs, increase conversion rates, and stay competitive in today's digital age. The good news is, you do not need super technical skills to do this role as you could simply be the eyes and ears of your team by conducting UX research. Also through practice, many have developed the design eye.
