Fe is a uniquely brilliant combination of empathy, logic, and creative thinking.

Co-founder & Design Director
A seasoned design expert with a Masters in Digital Service Design from Brunel University. For over 13 years, Ini has designed solutions that have enabled companies and world record-setting products to grow in sales and value north of £100 million across healthcare, engineering, retail, construction, manufacturing, FMCG, property, wellness, and more.
Aniekan
Director, Human Capital Innovations
Aniekan is a self-styled social architect with extensive experience in Performance Consulting and Learning & Development. Aniekan has a B.Sc. in Sociology and an M.Sc in Human Resource and International Development from the University of Manchester. He is a part-time Digital Artist, Youth Leadership Advocate and hosts his own podcast.

Sefa, a forward-thinking individual pursuing studies in Artificial Intelligence at Brunel University London, is a testament to innovation and creativity.
By the age of 18, Sefa had already collaborated with organisations spanning London, Canada, the United States, and Nigeria, contributing his expertise across various design domains, encompassing motion, gaming, graphics, animation, product development, and branding.
His proficiency in programming languages like JS, Python, HTML, and CSS, coupled with his profound creative talents, has proven instrumental in driving substantial value for both startups and larger enterprises.

Melissa is an HR professional with over 8 years of experience in people management and employee relations. She holds an MSc in Human Resource Management from Brunel University London.

Amoge is a brilliant researcher with a flair for writing, attention to detail, and effective communication. She holds a B.Eng in Petroleum Engineering from Covenant University and earned a Master's in Engineering Systems Management from the University of Lagos. With an impressive 7-year journey in R&D, she has seamlessly collaborated with diverse cross-functional teams, from government agencies to SMEs and startups, contributing her expertise across multiple project streams.

UX Research Intern
Aisha is an empathetic UX researcher with a strong background in Mass Communication and Conflict and Gender Studies. Her curiosity about human behaviour and passion for improving user experiences and inclusivity led her to dive into the field of User Experience (UX) research. Armed with her interdisciplinary knowledge, Aisha eagerly applies her skills to drive user-centred design decisions, and create meaningful experiences for users.

With a B.Sc in Economics from Afe-Babalola University, Bennie is an experienced Copy and Content/UX writer. She excels in creating clear and concise copies and content that elevates AIENAI’s brand message to its audience. She has contributed to projects across various organisations/projects and is always eager to apply her skills committed to forging digital experiences that leave lasting impressions. She also has experience as a product designer.

Anita is a certified Agile Project Manager with a Masters and BSc in Geosciences from Imperial College London. For the past 6 years, Anita has utilised her unique set of skills to expertly lead cross-functional teams spanning finance, energy and tech industries, successfully delivering innovative mega projects and products that exceed corporate objectives and customer expectations.
